Frequently Asked Questions

What are the booking minimums?
Every package has a 30-day minimum booking. This gives you a real month to build a customer base and gives us a predictable schedule. Longer bookings are welcome — many operators book a full season.
What do I need to bring to signing?
A valid driver's licence, proof of auto insurance that covers towing and business liability insurance, as well as a credit card for deposit and rent payment. Signing happens in person in Winnipeg — we'll walk the trailer together, go over the equipment, and complete the paperwork on the spot.
What kind of vehicle do I need to tow?
Most of our trailers tow with a Class II hitch and sit well within the towing capacity of a typical SUV, minivan, or light truck. Each package listing shows the loaded weight — check it against your vehicle's rating, or call us and we'll help you confirm.
Is insurance included?
In addition to maintaining valid vehicle insurance as required by law, the Renter is required to obtain and maintain, at their own expense, Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance for the entire duration of the rental period.
What happens if equipment breaks?
Call us first, you are responsible for an adequate and regular maintenance of the rented equipment. Normal wear and honest breakdowns are on us — we'll repair or swap the equipment as fast as we can. Damage from misuse comes out of the deposit, which is why we inspect everything together at pickup and return.
How do payments work?
You pay a refundable deposit at signing plus your first booking period. Ongoing rentals are billed at the monthly rate on a schedule we agree to at signing. Payments accepted via credit cards.
Can I extend my booking?
Usually, yes. Call before your end date and we'll extend at the same monthly rate, subject to availability. Extensions arranged in advance are always cheaper than late-return fees.
Do you deliver trailers?
Pickup from our Winnipeg location is standard. Delivery within the city can be arranged for a flat fee when your schedule or vehicle situation calls for it — ask when you book.
What if I want a package you don't offer?
Tell us. The Packages page has a custom package request form — describe the business you want to run and we'll quote what it would take to build the trailer for it. Popular requests become our next packages.

Booking & Cancellation

All bookings carry a 30-day minimum. Cancel up to 14 days before your start date for a full refund of your deposit; cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit.

Damage & Deposit

A refundable security deposit is collected at signing. Trailers and equipment are inspected together at pickup and return; normal wear is expected and covered. Damage beyond normal wear is deducted from the deposit at documented repair cost.

Insurance Requirements

In addition to maintaining valid vehicle insurance as required by law, the Renter is required to obtain and maintain, at their own expense, Commercial General Liability (CGL) insurance for the entire duration of the rental period.

Late Returns

Returns after the agreed end date are billed at a prorated monthly rate plus a late fee per started day. If you need more time, call us before your end date — extensions are usually possible and always cheaper than a late return.
